Abstract

Parental mental health plays an important role in the child's education process. This community service aims to improve parents' mental health by applying Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques in educating children. The methods used include seminars and counseling sessions focused on understanding parents' thought patterns, language and behavior. The application of NLP aims to help parents manage stress, increase positive communication with children, and strengthen skills in supporting children's holistic development. Through this program, parents can share experiences, support each other, and increase awareness of the importance of mental health in guiding children. Program evaluation is carried out through reflection to measure the impact of implementing NLP techniques on parents' mental health and their interactions with children. It is hoped that the results can provide understanding for parents in strengthening emotional relationships with children, improving mental health and creating a happier family environment.
